Growing urbanization and social inequality increases the risk of violence and is preventing urban areas from reaching their full potential. So, what can be done to build trust and common ground between historically adversarial civil society and law enforcement sectors in the Global South? 

Place Based Leadership Development (PBLD)is a project to identify tension and dilemma place based leaders have to work through.We equip leaders with know how to be agents of change and overall sustainability of urban violence prevention program through group work discussion
