MIDRIFT HURINET wishes to contract the services of a consultant to build three e-forms (Pre, during and Post Assessments forms) in KoboToolbox. These forms will be used to collect longitudinal PM+ data[1] from client sessions. The forms exist in hard copies and the building of the e-forms is aimed at enhancing efficiency in data collection, storage, security and analysis.

The consultant will also be expected to ensure backend and frontend usability of the e-data collection and storage system including ensuring data access security measures are put in place. Different people will have different access codes to ensure proper data security.

Additionally, the consultant will be expected to provide training to the users of the e-data collection and storage system on the usability. This will include the training of two super users of the system as well as the information technology personnel at MIDRIFT HURINET who will be expected to provide continuous support to other users.
