The 2/3 gender principle is a constitutional principle. Kenya should be implementing and actualizing this particular article in the constitution.
We should not be debating about it, but living in the spirit of constitutionalism.
New Gender Desk in Mathare Police Station Restores Dignity for GBV Survivors

Spearheaded by Inspector Francisca Halahke through the PBLD program and supported by partners like FIDA-Kenya and CFK Africa, the initiative has already led to a 20% increase in reported cases, showing growing community trust. The office now guarantees survivors privacy, dignity, and timely response.
